Biography
Titus Gebel is an entrepreneur with a PhD in international law and an extensive worldwide network. Amongst others, he co-founded Frankfurt-listed Deutsche Rohstoff, where he served as CEO for 8 years, and NX Atomics. Today, Dr. Gebel is founder and CEO of Tipolis, a company which creates new models of urban living through innovation in governance. He published the book “Free Private Cities: Making Governments Compete for You”, where he lays out a framework for establishing autonomous, privately operated jurisdictions. He is also President of the Free Cities Foundation which works to enable and promote free cities around the world.
