Biography
Mumamba serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Projects at Thebe Investment Management. In this role, he oversees the ideation, planning, structuring, and execution of various multimillion-dollar projects, ranging from residential and commercial real estate developments to energy and aquaculture. He is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of major ventures including the Nkwashi Estate and the Nkwashi City Savings and Credit Union. A member of the founding executive team, he previously led Development Operations for the company and, notably, oversaw the construction of an 800m earth dam that created a 40-acre water feature at Nkwashi. His diverse background also includes heading a successful manganese mining startup, Innovative Mining Limited, in Luapula. He holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree and a Master of Commerce degree from Rhodes University, in addition to professional qualifications from the South African Institute of Financial Markets
