Biography
James of Ârc is the founder of Ârc, a startup society pioneering the physical infrastructure for a new charter city. After orchestrating highly successful pop-up villages in Lisbon and Austin, James established the first permanent Layer 2 community at Network School to give builders a dedicated environment to collaborate and level up. He is also the host of the _Network & City States_ podcast, where he explores the intersections of tech-driven governance, narrative design, and alternative jurisdictions with leading global innovators.
