Biography
Craig Clulow is a senior property development executive with extensive international real estate and infrastructure experience across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia. He has delivered large mixed-use projects — including regional shopping centres, international hotels, luxury apartment developments, and commercial office and education assets — while also managing engineering teams and the delivery of major infrastructure projects such as ports, rail, warehousing, and logistics facilities. Craig's experience spans the full project lifecycle, from conception and financial feasibility through funding applications, design, contractor selection, and delivery. He brings strong financial acumen to this work, having previously worked for international accounting firms and developed proprietary development software. Over his career, Craig has held senior roles — including Vice President of Development and Group Chief Development Officer — at large publicly listed companies, government and semi-government organisations, and large private family businesses, managing sizeable teams of development professionals.
